11/26 --- コントラの歴史 THE CONTINENTS OF CONTRA: A HISTORICAL ADVENTURE
>コントラの歴史を、くるくるトワルしながらおさらいしてみましょう。映像や、資料、特別ゲストもくるよ！
This is a "histwirlical" retrospective including the Contra History Movie, Handouts, and Special Guests:
>講師：ひぐちゆうこ Yuko HIGUCHI -- コントラダンスのルーツとバロックダンス the roots of contra with some Baroque Dance
>講師： ロマン・ジョルダン Romain JOURDAIN -- フランスのコントラダンス French Contredanses
そのほか、いろんなスタイルごちゃまぜ Plus a mix of Early Colonial, New England, California, and Modern Urban....and Japanese Style Contra!
>音楽はピーター・ダマシェクさんとお友達が担当してくれます。ぜいたく～

> １１月２６日コントラが始まる前に、クリスマス・キャロルの練習第一回目をやります！ダンスと同じ、東山市民活動いきいきセンターで、クリスマスの夜、寒空の下、英語と日本語で、クリスマスのいろんな歌を歌うのです。何度もきいたことあるのに、歌詞を知らないクリスマスの歌ってたくさんあるけど、歌えるようになるよ！来てくれる人、がしがし連絡ください ＾ ＾

Performances, Food Stalls, Karaoke, Brass Band, Baton Twirling, and Contra!
>みんなの前で手本になってくれる人たちが必要なので、これる人は連絡ください)
Volunteers NEEDED to help demonstrate! Please!
>場所 若松通り (雨天の場合 有済小学校 )
Wakamatsu-cho (one block south of Sanjo Keihan, two blocks west of Higashiyama ISKC)
Rain Location Yusai Shogakko.

>どんな人でも、バスケで遊びたい人！みんなで何十年ぶりにバスケしよう！運動靴と着替え持ってきてね。
All shapes, sizes, ability levels. Bring sports clothing and shoes.
at Higashiyama ISKC. No need to sign up...just show up!

New Location for Contrakyoto, and many dances coming up...
UPCOMING DANCES in FUSHIMI and HIGASHIYAMA (TAKANO) and BASKETBALL NIGHT and GAME NIGHT
We are really excited to announce that we have found a new location for the Takano Dance, the Higashiyama Iki iki Shimin Katsudo Center. It is located just a few minutes from the Sanjo Keihan.
